Super Eagles coach Keshi invites 25 players for international friendly against Mexico (list included)



Super Eagles Head Coach, Stephen Keshi, has invited 25 players for the 
international friendly match coming up later this month on May 31st against Mexico in Houston, Texas.
The Super Eagles, mainly players from the domestic leagues will be heading to their training camp in Nuremberg, Germany later today from Abuja, and the foreign based players are expected to meet up with the team early next week.

The Eagles will play against Mexico next two weeks, in Houston, USA to prepare for the World Cup qualifiers and also the FIFA Confederations Cup. The Super Eagles will then proceed to Nairobi after the game in USA against Mexico, for the World Cup qualifiers on June 5, and a week later play against Namibia in Windhoek, before jetting out to Brazil for the FIFA Confederations Cup.

Head Coach, Keshi made a few changes in the team''s list, this time, we have 2 new additions to the team; Anthony Ujah of FC Koln and Kano Pillars forward, Gambo Mohammed got their first Super Eagles call up. However, Ahmed Musa and Fegor Ogude were left out of the friendly due to prior club engagements.

All in all, the proposed team will have 9 home based players and 16 foreign based players.
