Liberia may lose Manchester City player (Nimely) for Eagles clash
Hopes of getting Manchester City forward Alex Nimely to represent Liberia in the very critical Nations Cup qualifier against Nigeria on October 13 may have been lost. Following a 2-2 draw with the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the first leg of the qualifiers, Nimely was contacted last month by the Liberia Football Association to play for the Lone Stars. However, it will take about a month to complete the process for Nimely who is on a loan to Coventry City, as of the weekend, the Liberian Football Association are yet to start the process.
