forward and West Bromwich Albion Striker Osaze Odemwingie could be looking at a
3-match ban after receiving a straight red card for kicking Sascha Reither (Fulham)
in West Bromwich Albion’s 0-3 defeat to Fulham in Barclays English Premier League
on Saturday. In what would seem like an odd reaction, Odewmwingie lashed out at
an unsuspecting Sascha Reither and this led to the referee’s decision at the 38th
minute to send him off the game. Although he has since apologized for his
actions, Odemwingie will miss his club’s next 3 matches.
