Team USA Olympic basketball team beat Nigeria 156-73 thursday night. Leading with 26 points in the first quarter, the US team had an Olympic record of 78 point in the first half with 16 points from Kobe Bryant, 37 points from Carmelo including 10 or 112 3-pointers, Russel Westbrook finished with 21 points, Kevin Love 15 point and Kevin Durant 14 points for U.S breaking U.S single-game scoring record in less than 3 quarters. Team USA broke Olympic record for most points in a game with 4.37 still to play and they set a new record for (26) 3-pointers, 59-field goals and 71 field goal percentage.
