NFF President visits Super Eagles during training session.




President of the Nigerian Football Federation, Alhaji Aminu Maigari graced the training camp of the Super Eagles during their second training session at the National stadium in Abuja, Nigeria on Wednesday. Maigari was accompanied by his Vice, Chief Mike Okeke Umeh, Director Technical, and Dr. Emmanuel Ikpeme. The NFF President also presented several cartons of Fariah Waters from the Yankari Natural Water Resource to the entire team.

The Super Eagles resumed full training on Tuesday for the first-leg final round of qualifier for the 2014 World Cup between Nigeria and Ethiopia.

A squad of 18 players began preparation for the match with Ethiopia’s Walya Antelopes scheduled to take place in Addis Ababa on October 13.The camp had opened on Sunday, October 6 in Abuja, but has yet to see the arrival of all the 23 invited players.
