Eagle’s goalkeeper Ejide resumes Light Training, as they prepare to take on Farense

Super Eagles goalkeeper Austin Ejide resumed light training
on Monday in order to be fully fit for the Nations Cup.
Super Eagles spokesperson Ben Alaiya reports that the light
training schedule for the player started on Sunday morning, when he was passed
fit to embark on swimming therapy by the national team medics. Ejide has shown tremendous signs of improvement since is last session, but he is still being closely monitored by the medical crew to
avoid a relapse.
The Super Eagles will play against Farense on Tuesday in
their last warm-up match before jetting out to South Africa for the Nations
Cup. The match against Portuguese second division side, Farense will be held in
Faro, Portugal, kickoff time for the game is 2:30pm Portuguese roughly 3:30pm
Nigerian time.
