UNICEF along with the United States Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have been working with Idris Elba on two videos which is aimed at raising funds, awareness and providing support in the fight against Ebola in West African countries namely Liberia and Sierra Leone who battle daily with the disease.

The British-born actor teamed  up with Manchester City's Yaya Toure, veteran Arsenal player Patrick Viera, retired Congolese midfielder Fabrice Muamba, and Spurs midfielder Andros Townsend to lend a voice for workers who have become indispensable over these past months giving up their lives and time to fight the epidemic.

Elba plays coach in the video giving his team (health workers) pep talk:
“ This is not an ordinary game,” he says. “ This is life or death. Ebola has defeated thousands in West Africa. Its key strength is passing.”

The message is simple, join in supporting Ebola health workers, the world's most important team. #We'veGotYourBack.

Africa United is supported by the CDC Foundation and managed by KYNE and Speak Up Africa.
