American-born Nigerian international and
Toronto FC striker Bright Dike who recently admitted he has to work hard if he hopes to
make Nigeria’s final squad to next year’s World Cup is currently in training
with Celtics FC in hopes of switching to the Scottish side.
The Toronto FC forward
Bright Dike will be spending the next week training with Celtic FC. Dike who
scored his second goal for Nigeria in their recent friendly against Italy in
London is truly keeping to his words and is working hard to represent Nigeria in
next summer's World Cup.
In order for Dike who is also Super Eagle’s Emmanuel Emenike’s cousin to achieve this goal of his, he will need to play regular minutes in the coming months at the highest level possible. Celtics hopes to help the 26-year-old striker reach his goal provided both sides are able to come to complete the move in the coming months.
