Super Eagles of Nigeria are headed to Houston, Texas for friendly against Mexico.

The Super Eagles camp in far away Nuremberg, Germany is coming alive. As of Monday, they already have 21 players in camp, defender Efe Ambrose and midfielder Ogenyi Onazi are expected to join the rest of the team by Monday evening.
The team trained for two hours on Sunday as Head Coach Stephen Keshi observed: “There is very good team spirit in camp and I am quite happy about that. Everyone is in great shape and rearing to go.
“I am expecting Efe (Ambrose) and (Ogenyi) Onazi on Monday, and (Brown) Ideye will join us in America. Of course, we’re not going to go with everybody to the USA, although I would have loved to take everyone. There has been huge dedication and commitment here and I’m sure that those we will pick for the match against Mexico will do Nigeria proud.”

In camp are stand-in skipper and first-choice goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama, goalkeepers Austin Ejide, Chigozie Agbim and Daniel Akpeyi; defenders Solomon Kwambe, Elderson Echiejile, Godfrey Oboabona, Benjamin Francis, Kenneth Omeruo, Azubuike Egwuekwe and Kunle
Odunlami; midfielders Emeka Ezeh, Sunday Mba and John Ogu and; forwards Nnamdi Oduamadi, Joseph Akpala, Anthony Ujah, Gambo Muhammed; Obinna Nwachukwu, Gomo Onduku and Michael Babatunde.

Keshi expects to have midfielders John Mikel Obi, Fegor Ogude and forward Ahmed Musa for the two FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Kenya and Namibia, and the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup tournament in Brazil.
The trio will be waiting to join the delegation in Frankfurt, Germany after the high-profile friendly in America against Mexico at the Reliant Stadium, Houston, Texas on Friday.

The whole team ready on hand for the friendly will depart their Novina Hotel Herzogenaurach base for Frankfurt Am-Main International Airport, at 5.30am on Tuesday, and will fly out of Frankfurt at 10am (9am Nigeria time).
