Chelsea heads to Old Trafford to
take on Manchester United in the FA Cup sixth round tomorrow, the Blues will
have to 'bring it' tomorrow in order to secure a place in the semi-finals of the competition.
The Blues have won the FA Cup 7
times, and in their most recent feat, Chelsea won the FA Cup after defeating Liverpool
2–1 in the 2012 final for their fourth triumph in six years and
seventh overall.
Manchester currently holds the
record for the most FA Cup triumphs with 11, the Premier League titles
with 12, and the highest number of English top-flight titles with 19, however,
the Red Devils suffered Champions League elimination earlier this week against
Real Madrid, but they have shown an impressive level of consistency in the
Premier League, opening up a 12-point lead over nearest challengers Manchester
City.
it is unlikely that Rooney will sit out of tomorrow’s match, in attack, Man-u have Chicharito, [Danny]
Welbeck, [Wayne] Rooney and [Robin] Van Persie, and they can play any of them.
For Chelsea FC, Demba Ba, Victor
Moses, Ramires and Nathan Ake will most likely return to the squad after
missing the trip to Romania, while Oriol Romeu (knee) is out long-term.
The game which takes place at Old
Trafford, is scheduled to kick off at 16:30 GMT
